The course is built extensively around ISO 19011 and brings candidates up-to-date examples and exercises. Understand the requirements of ISO standards and how competent auditing helps create organisational success. Participants will be able to understand the holistic role of auditing across all business functions and processes and thus meet the additional expectations of auditors and auditing bodies around ISO 9001.
Our Lead Auditor training programme has been continuously certified since 1985. It is provided by NZOQ training partner IQM Group—an internationally recognised training provider by Exemplar Global.
No other course keeps you up-to-date with tools and techniques for modem audit and assessment practice. Over 95% of course participants have rated this course excellent value for money over the past 40 years.
On completion, you will be ready to plan and lead your own audits (internal, supplier, or external)—including the pre-requisite for certification bodies.
Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Competence and access to Exemplar Global facilities. All candidates also have ongoing access to both NZOQ and IQM Group for advice and reference material at generally little or no cost. As IQM Group is a recognised training provider, candidates can apply for recognition of prior learning (RPL).
As each of these courses has a high workshop content, the numbers are limited to twelve for each course to ensure maximum interaction between the tutor and participants.
NZOQ or IQM Group reserve the right to postpone a course. Similarly, if registered numbers are below six, the course will be postponed to a later date or location.

A cancellation fee of 20% applies for all cancellations made two weeks prior to the course dates and a cancellation fee of 60% applies for cancellations made after this. Substitutions may be made at any time.
At the end of each distance exercise, you will be quizzed by the tutor around understanding. Your tutor is always available for discussion.
