Certification by NZOQ provides the confidence that the training and certification process is robust and of a recognised national standard.

World-class Lean and Six Sigma training

Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insights from our experienced and highly qualified practitioners who have worked with a wide range of New Zealand and International organisations.

Attendance also includes access to online video-based training that provides a further 16 hours of personal study after course completion.
Yellow Belt training
The Yellow Belt course equips professionals with the tools they need to get started on process improvement activities. The training includes instruction on implementing Lean Six Sigma techniques in a structured and sustainable way.
Green Belt training
The Green Belt training provides in-depth instruction for professionals who frequently engage in process improvement activities. Our Green Belt training is suited to all improvement team members, process owners and team leaders.
Black Belt upgrade
Upgrading to a Black Belt offers the extensive Lean Six Sigma and management training needed for all project implementation and leadership roles. This course builds on earlier material and is available to certified Green Belt professionals.

Certification from NZOQ

After attending either the online course or a classroom-based course, candidates will be eligible to take the NZOQ certification exam online at a convenient time after course completion. The certification exam is open-book and candidates must complete a simulation case-study (provided) or complete a work-based project. NZOQ certification is for life.

Prior to taking the exam, additional hours of study are required using your course manual and online testing material. An online testing facility enables you to study all subject areas right up to your exam date.
